5. What we store during your visit
Our website uses your browser's session storage, which is kept only for as long as the browser tab is open and is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is used in two ways:
- Sign-up windows. The Collective and Impact Fund pages each offer a sign-up window, which opens by itself once during a visit. When it has been shown, or you have opened it yourself, we store
zuvani-collective-signup-seenorzuvani-impact-signup-seenwith the value “1”, so that it does not open again by itself for the rest of your visit. - Returning you after an enquiry. Our enquiry form appears on two pages. When you submit it, and only then, we store
zuvani-enquiry-origin, which holds the name of the page you used, so that after Flodesk has received your enquiry we can return you to that page to see our confirmation. It is deleted as soon as you are returned.
None of these entries contains anything you have typed, identifies you, or is read by anyone other than our own pages in your browser.
6. Our sign-up and enquiry forms
Our enquiry form and newsletter sign-up forms are built into our own pages. Nothing is sent to anyone, and nothing is stored on your device, while you read a page or fill in a form.
When you press the button to submit a form, your browser sends what you entered directly to Flodesk, Inc., the email and forms platform we use, and Flodesk then returns you to a thank-you page on our website.
During that brief visit your browser is on Flodesk's own website. Flodesk's security provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie named __cf_bm on flodesk.com, which helps it tell people apart from automated traffic. That cookie belongs to flodesk.com rather than to our website, is used only for security, and expires after 30 minutes.
What happens to the information you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Fonts, images and videos
Our typeface, images and videos are hosted with the website itself. We do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any similar service, so viewing our pages does not send your IP address or browser details to a font provider.
8. Analytics, advertising and social media
We do not use website analytics. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent service on this site.
We do not use advertising or remarketing technologies, and there is no Meta Pixel or any other social-media tracking pixel on this site.
We do not embed maps, videos, booking widgets or social-media content from other providers. Links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn or a booking partner, are ordinary links: nothing from those websites loads until you follow one, and once you do, their own cookie policies apply.
If we introduce any of these in future, we will update this policy first, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it before anything is set on your device.
9. Your choices
Because this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising technologies, there are no cookie preferences to manage and no consent banner to respond to.
You can still clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings, which you will find under privacy or site-data options in every major browser. If you block session storage for this site, our forms will continue to work; a sign-up window may open by itself again during your visit, and after an enquiry you will be returned to our enquiry page rather than the page you used.
11. International processing
Nothing leaves your browser for another company until you submit a form. When you do, it goes to Flodesk, which is based in the United States, through Cloudflare's network, which Flodesk uses to protect its service.
For personal information handled by Flodesk on our behalf, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the Information Commissioner's Office International Data Transfer Addendum. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
